By using Apeee Hosting the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site.

  • Hosting accounts will be terminated without notice if it contain or which have link to the following content:
  • Providing material that is grossly offensive to the Web community including blatant expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred, or profanity.
  • Promoting or providing instructional information about illegal activities, or promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.
  • Displaying material containing obscene nudity or pornographic material.
  • Displaying material that exploits persons under 18 years of age.
  • Acts of copyright infringement including offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs, information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial or registration numbers for software programs, or any type of cracker utilities.
  • Warez, MP3 sites.
  • Unsolicited Email (Spam) and etc.
  • Selling, renting and/or misuse of hosting account.
  • By using Apeee Hosting you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Apeee Hosting. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use Apeee Hosting and/or its services.
  • Apeee Hosting reserves the right to update the "Terms of Use" at any time without notice to you.
  • The user may carefully read all the information on services as provided in relevant sections; also in "FAQs" and Privacy Policy.
  • No user shall attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Apeee Hosting server or to any of the services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
  • Apeee Hosting reserves the right to recover the cost of goods/services, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using this site fraudulently. Apeee Hosting reserves the right to sue the recipient in case of fraudulent charges and denial of charges by the customer.
  • The features and services on the Apeee Hosting site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranty except warranty expressly stated herein, including but not limited to any warranties of condition, quality, durability, performance, accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties, representations, conditions, undertakings and terms are hereby excluded.
  • Obligation(s): Member should register with at least one of Apeee Hosting sponsor/advertiser yearly to keep hosting service for free. We reserve right to terminate your account and/or ask for a payment when obligation(s) is not fulfilled. You will be notified in such cases.
  • Apeee Hosting sponsor/advertiser keeps on changing, updating. Apeee Hosting is not liable for any of their sponsor/advertiser acts.
  • Apeee Hosting will not be liable for deleting, deactivation of sponsor/advertiser and/or if they are not used any more for Apeee Hosting sponsorship.
  • There is no agency, middle-man, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchisor-franchisee or advertiser-sponsor relationship between Apeee Hosting and any user of the service.
  • If the information provided by you in our contact/signup form and/or mail and/or other is false, Apeee Hosting reserves the right to terminate your services/agreements without any prior notice to you and no refund will be entertained and/or no claim can be made against Apeee Hosting.
  • Apeee Hosting reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Apeee Hosting deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Apeee Hosting's sole discretion. See the Privacy Policy relating to the collection and use of your information.
  • The description provided on Apeee Hosting, including but not limited to features, plans etc. are true to Apeee Hosting's knowledge. However, Apeee Hosting can not be held responsible for any discrepancies between the actual specifications, description, features, plans and what is shown on this website. Also customer assumes complete responsibility of using the products/services at Apeee Hosting. Apeee Hosting can not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of products/services provided herein.
  • In the unlikely event if a product/service is listed with incorrect features, plans, etc. due to a display or typographical error, Apeee Hosting shall have the right to refuse or cancel services.
  • Apeee Hosting shall not be liable for any charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to the late execution, server fault/error and non availability of products/services.
  • Apeee Hosting is not liable for any charges resulting in from the server break-down, errors, faults, damage, misuse/lost of your accounts, or in any case.
  • Apeee Hosting shall not be liable and/or can be charged if they no longer provide their services for free and/or incase accounts, server set-ups are not executed.
  • Apeee Hosting will not be liable in any circumstances for the policies and terms of its sponsors/advertisers and others.
  • Copyright Policy: You may not copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, upload to create derivative works from, transmit, communicate or in any other way exploit any part of the information or material obtained through the Website and/or the Website's material.
